Monthly fee is $150 plus Stripe service fees of 3.9%.

To optionally extend your monthly meetings (1-hour meeting + 2 hours of thesis review) with your Transart Supervisor/s beyond your three-year tenure in the programme, you will subscribe to an auto-renewing monthly payment plan to cover these additional supervision fees. 

Your fees go directly to your independent consulting TT Supervisor. Transart and LJMU charge no further fees beyond your three-year tuition payments. Be sure to inform your Tuition Manager which Transart Supervisor/s to send confirmation to by email. 

You may add subscriptions for multiple meetings per month and cancel them when no longer needed. 

Note: You are entitled to work with your LJMU supervisor with no additional fees as long as your chair supervisor deems there is advancement toward the final thesis submission and Viva Voce.

You may pay by automatic bank withdrawal or by credit card. Please check your balance before each payment is due to ensure your tuition can be paid on time. If you need to change credit cards, contact tuition@transartinstitute.org for assistance.

If your tuition payment fails to process on the due date:

• You will receive notification from Squarespace via email asking you to update your payment information.

• Stripe will attempt to process your payment again in 5 days. In the meantime, you should be in contact with your bank about making the funds available. If you are experiencing financial hardship and cannot make your tuition payment within this timeline, please fill out the Financial Hardship Form and contact tuition@transarinstitute.org for assistance.

• If your payment cannot be authorized within 10 days of the due date, Squarespace will automatically cancel your subscription.

• If your subscription is canceled, you will receive notice from Transart offering you the option to (1) enroll in a new custom subscription plan, (2) take a leave of absence, (3) or withdraw from the program. Your program leaders will support you with your decision-making process.
