welcome Letter from the anthologies assembly steering committee

Dear Liverpool Residency Participants,

On behalf of the entire Anthologies Steering Committee and Transart Institute, it is with great pleasure that we extend a warm welcome to you as we kick off the Anthologies Assembly here in Liverpool. We are thrilled to have you join us and look forward to the creative energy and insights you'll bring to this gathering.

To help you settle in smoothly and make the most of your time with us, here's a quick orientation guide. You can find information listed below in the various links.

Meet Your Peers and Faculty: One of the most enriching aspects of the residency is the opportunity to connect with fellow artists. Through attending sessions, workshops, and social events we hope you will have an opportunity to network and build meaningful relationships with your peers, guests, and faculty members.

Explore Liverpool: Take advantage of your time in this culturally rich city. From its iconic landmarks like the Albert Dock and Liverpool Cathedral to its thriving arts scene and vibrant nightlife, there's always something new to discover.

Engage in the Community: Embrace the spirit of collaboration and exchange by participating in critiques, exhibitions, performances, and other community events. Your active involvement will enhance both your personal growth and the collective experience of our community.

Self-Care and Well-being: Remember to prioritize your well-being during your residency. Take breaks, explore the city at your own pace, and seek support from staff or Steering Committee if you encounter any challenges or need assistance.

Stay Connected: Keep in touch with us through our communication channels, the Whatsapp which Jake Tkaczyk is setting up. You can email him your Whatsapp number to be included in the chat: jakedtkaczyk@gmail.com.

We value your feedback and input as we strive to create an enriching and dynamic environment for all participants.

Once again, welcome to Anthologies Assembly. We are excited to witness the incredible work you'll create and the connections you'll forge during your residency.

Sincerely,

The Steering Committee
