A Talk with Abbéy Odunlami

Please join us with Abbéy Odunlami's talk, Research as Practice. Being open to public, the talk will focus on Odunlami's practice, which takes on the pedagogical approach of ethnography, action research, theoretical analysis speculation, and engagement. Coming from an art practice background, museum education, and public programming, our guest sees the role of the curator as; part researcher, educator, and docent.

The last weekend of every month the institute is in session, we will hold a topic-based weekend intensive with our PhD students and you are invited to attend a series of talks ranging from artist presentations, to talks driven by the workshop topics or practice research itself.
