Transartist Dafna Naphtali and Hans Tammen | Upcoming Projects

Both of us have video pieces included in this ongoing series of video shorts, in four “chapters” running December 7, 2020 – February 21, 2021 (showing both at the gallery and online after airing) here.

Hans’ video Proprioception (Body Awareness) is in Chapter 1, Dafna’s video AWOL_socket(starts at 54’37”) is in Chapter 3.

Upcoming Projects

William Hooker’s Chimes on February 20th, 8pm at Roulette, a work for music, dance, and film directed and composed by American jazz drummer and poet William Hooker. With William Hooker, Hans Tammen, Theo Woodward and Germaul Barnes (dance). The performance will be live streamed on Roulette's website.

An announcement coming soon about a long overdue upcoming release with Dafna’s duo with saxophonist Ras Moshe Burnett "Fusebox".

Dafna's Audio Chandelier at Governor's Island is coming Spring/Summer 2021, rescheduled from last summer. An exciting new collaboration with metalsmith Ayala Naphtali to create a interactive multichannel audio sculpture (Harvestworks residency work from 2019/2020).
